Nutty Baked Spinach- #My Innovation
I hope that you see this recipe!! Just don't go by the name- because it has spinach in it! Even I hated spinach till today until I made this creative recipe as my lunch! It came out awesome. The minute I tasted it, I was speechless..."how can spinach be so tasty?!?" But, it was! It was a big hit. I love spinach in this way. I can have this daily :)
Phirni- Indian Rice Pudding
I just love Phirni...it is really amazing! Whenever I go to BBQ Nation, or any other restaurant where there is a buffet, I just can't resist over this sweet delicacy! I just love it. I have at least 2-3 bowls of it and leave out the main course! :) That's my love for phirni and its a healthy dessert because it doesn't have that much sugar and has no ghee in it! - The best part!

Pomegranate and Pear Salad
This is a healthy fruit salad- with no fat and very low calories- that too because of the little honey I've added in it and also because of the little calories the fruits naturally have! It was sweet and sour and had a tinge of tangy flavour as well. It was perfect as a fruit salad with the tangy dressing over it!
